Eligibility for Refunds Due to the perishable nature of our products (fresh groceries, food items), we can only accept refund requests in the following cases:

  • Items received damaged or spoiled
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Missing items from your order

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours of approval.
  • Refunds are credited to your AMS Wallet by default, If you ordered via our App
  • AMS Wallet funds are non-withdrawable and can be used for future purchases on AfroMarket Square.
  • Using your AMS Wallet allows instant checkout without bank processing delays.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Perishable goods that have been delivered in satisfactory condition
  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper storage
  • Orders where the issue was not reported within 24 hours
